All reports of damaged, defective, or incorrect goods are subject to inspection by our Quality Control department.  We reserve the right to require the item(s) to be shipped back to our facility for assessment.

We cannot accept garments for exchange due to the customization with your team/department logo(s).

Garments with size issues or incorrect size labels are required to be returned for inspection.

Products with manufacturing defects or design errors qualify for repair/replacement if reported within 90-days of the delivery date.

We recommend opening the shipment immediately upon receipt.  Any missing garments reported after 60-days will not be eligible for replacement and new item(s) will need to be ordered.

Damage to items (holes, snags, etc...) must be reported immediately upon receipt before the item is worn/laundered.
